I heard on the radio that over 1 billion dollars is lost every Friday the 13th. It comes from people being so superstituous as to not leave their homes. So money is lost from people not working, taxes, people not going to the movies, dinner, bowling (doing anything), and them jsut sitting in their house. A lot of money is lost all because it's a friday and the day happens to be the 13th.
I played Monopoly for three and a half hours tonight. Rey won. That little bastard :-P haha. He would buy property until he has no cash, then would mortgage everything off like it was nothing and buy more stuff just to mortgage it to buy more crap. I was like "no I only have 300 bucks left, and what happens if I land on this or that" No wodner I lost. I'll get him next time. Matt beat me too, but Nicole and Shawn did worse than me.
I was talking to Joey today about how we want to be kids again. She said she wants to go back to being a little tomboy and being able to play sports and play in the dirt without a boy saying she can't. I have to agree. Plus wasn't it nice to be able to run around outside in the sandbox with no worries. Back then you didnt understand anything or care. You had no worries, just diaper rash. I would love to go back to days of not caring. Skinning my knees, climbing trees, and playing on tire swings. Wow if we could live like that everyday. Forget work/ school and play on a tire swing. If only...
