Valentine's Day A Year Later
Today is Valentine's Day. I've written before I'm not a big fan of the crass commercialization around it. Fortunately neither is Hawk, so typically we do something not traditionally romantic. Often we wind up going hiking since that's something we both enjoy. See how we spent Valentine's Day hiking in 2014, and in 2015. And, for that matter, 2016. Our 2016 trip to Joshua Tree National Park went awry. I still haven't written about that beyond a two-liner about getting lost overnight in the desert. I've been meaning to but haven't gotten to it. Now that it's the one year anniversary maybe I should do it soon. Before I forget even more about it.
