♪ Ninenty-nine bottles of beerwine on the wall, Ninenty-nine bottles of beerwine ♪
With recent wine tasting trips (such as
last weekend's and the one the weekend before) and whatnot, I've added 25 bottles to my wine collection in the past two weeks, bringing its size to 99 bottles. Yes, that's quite a bit of new wine, especially as I consume 5-6 bottles a month on average. I have considered whether I'm returning to old habits with my "drinking problem"- buying wine faster than I drink it. I decided that this would be my upper limit, the "max. fill" line on the proverbial dip stick. I figure I'll mostly hold off on buying more wine for the next 6 months or so. By then my collection should drop to around 75 bottles again, which is my "low oil" mark. Though I doubt I'll buy another 25 in such a short period.
In the meantime I'm debating what kind of wine goes best with leftovers for tonight and what special bottles I should plan on opening at our combined birthday party coming up in January.
