Slow Month for Blogging, New Record for Consistency
July was a slow month for blogging, my slowest in more than 3 years, in fact. Across the 31 days of the month I posted just 41 times to my journal. That average of about 1.3 posts/day is below my intermediate goal of 1.5/day and well below the 2.1 ~ 2.25 daily average I managed each of the previous 3 months.
But there is another record I set. ...Well, almost set. It's a record of consistency. At this point I've posted every day for nearly 4 months. My last "off" day was April 2. If I post tomorrow and Saturday I'll have a new record for longest streak of posting at least once a day.
