set myself a goal just over two months ago: by Canada Day, I would weigh under 220.
I commented a month ago
that maybe I wasn't being ambitious enough.
I forgot to mention that I beat that challenge a week ago, and now weigh under 217.
Am I happy with myself? Let me put it this way... FUCK YES.
(For those keeping score at home... Since writing
this back in May, I've now lost 44 pounds.)
