I am off to Seattle tomorrow for round one of my birthday celebrations. It will be a short but sweet girls trip! Looking forward to relaxing, shopping, touring around. Plan on going to the Space Needle, Experience Music Project, Pike Place Market and whereever else we find. Oh and hitting up the outlet malls on the way down.
Hope everyone has a

Just got home! I enjoyed Seattle but didn't enjoy my friend that much. She is not the person I can travel with. Thank God it was only over night and not a few weeks in Europe.
She's not a bad person or anything....just different. She is rather self absorbed (don't think she realizes it) and doesn't pay attention to anything going on around her. And I don't have the patience for people like that. She also doesn't listen and that drives me nuts. I don't like having to tell someone the same thing 5 times. I lose all patience and get rather bitchy by the 5th time..
Anyways - the good stuff - Space Needle was cool. Loved the Experience Music Project. Loved Ride the Ducks (sooo coool). The Outlet Malls treated me well. Didn't do much more shopping than that. Didn't have all that much time for it. That and most of the stores are the same. Just a smidge cheaper south of the border
My bday is on Tuesday. The big 3-0. Hence the mini road trip!
Shows - oy! I do love my TV so here's hoping that I remember everything that I watch.
- Greys. Well I did. We both know why that ended
- Glee
- Gossip Girl
- Hart of Dixie
- 2 Broke Girls
- HIMYM
- Big Bang Theory
- Vampire Diaries
- Raising Hope
Hmmm... I know I watch more...but can't think of it for the life of me.
How was your weekend?!?!

You're weekend sounds great other than your friend. It's so hard to know who you can travel with. I know I can be a real bitch when I travel with family. I have a problem with control and it's even worse away from home when everything is so different.
I work tomorrow and then off till Friday other than a short meeting at work on Wednesday. I plan to clean, do laundry, go to the gym and look for a job on my time off. I'm looking for either a full time job with better pay or a second job part time.
Hmmm, do you watch any of the NCIS franchise, criminal minds, I watch all but Hart of Dixie and Vampire Diaries.

Enjoy your time off! Don't forget to relax!
Good luck with the job hunting.
No NCIS or Criminal Minds for me.
Sounds like we'll have to have random TV chats about all sorts of shows!

I have continued to watch greys but I'm thinking after ED leaves, depending on how...actually skip that, I'll quit after he leaves. I really hope that he actually dies out in the forest with Lexie.

I'm not sure how to feel about Grey's. Will watch until ED leaves for sure. But after that...not sure. Might stick with it out of the 'can't help but watch the train wreck' mentality!

Anyway I've only stuck with Grey's in hope that Mark and Lexie would get back together, but now that it's not going to happen I'm not so inclined to watch it. The show is a trainwreck.
One of my new favorite shows is Two Broke Girls, the chemistry between Caroline and Max is brilliant. I love how they are so opposite in each other but they work as friends. I watch The Big Bang Theory, HIMYM, Raising Hope, Mike and Molly, New Girl, Whitney, Hawaii Five-O, Criminal Minds, CSI:NY, Castle, The Mentalist, Bones, Touch...which is an amazing show if you don't watch it. The Good Wife, and since I got hooked on NCIS, and NCIS: LA over the summer will be watching those, and I'd like to watch The Elementry and Mob Doctor. Jeez I watch too much television...thank goodness I PVR it all so I don't watch commercials.
