[for Titans Treehouse] Game night
Tuesday night, Titans Treehouse. Game night. Or in Tim-talk, scheduled designated fun time. With clothes. The without clothes part comes later when he and Tim are alone. Or if Tim's not up for it - up for it, heh - then Monet or Jack or maybe (yeah right, Shortpants. Dream on.) Roy.
What? I'm in a mood.
Left notes in everyone's mailbox. Treehouse. 7 sharp. Be there. And collared Tim mid-day to make sure there'd be no arguments. He and I can patrol late, before bed, or he can if he doesn't want company. Nothing's going to happen tonight anyway. Nothing ever does.
I snag a couple of bottles of cider from the kitchen...it's communal. And I'll pay it back later. There are pastries leftover from breakfast and I made some French toast. Lifetime supply of fresh and dried fruit. Juice. Coffee. And whatever anyone else brings.
I scavenged a couple of pashminas for giants from the clothing box to use for throw blankets and set those on the couch and the floor. Toss down pillows from the extra room, my room, and the Compound stores. Then stand back and smile.
It's not Titans Tower. No big screen. No pool. No hot tub. Also no threat of an alien invasion. Or at least not as much of one.

Dick surveys the room with a smile, then drops to the couch to wait. While he does, he reviews what he knows about the people running for Council, knees drawn up to his chest and arms over them.
As they come in, he talks to them and they talk to each other. And when everyone's finally assembled, he pulls the arrow he found in the forest from where he stashed it behind him. Holds it up with a shameless grin. "Spin the arrow?" Then he winks at Jill. "With a twist. Questions only. No kisses. Unless it's me or Roy you're kissing. Then it's fine."
There's an eyebrow raise for Roy. Gonna make something of it, Speedy? Roy can suck it up. He knows Dick well enough to know this isn't team-building, since Dairine and Monet aren't here and there are two teams in the room. This is about family. And that's even more important.
