So, I'm eighteen now as of Saturday. Pretty weird. I never feel older on birthdays, but I guess I maybe might now, but only because I can do things that I wasn't able to before. Cigarettes! Porn! Jail! VOTING!!! Driving after nine! Tattoos! I'm only excited for the last three things listed.
It was a very good birthday. I got to see a lot of people who I normally don't see and/because I saw Bane. It was awesome. By far the best time I've seen them.
Today we had a birthday party/Mothers day party at my dad's house. It was incredible! So much wonderful vegan food and so many good people. My mom made me a vegan ice cream cake! It was delicious I love my family. My brother, Joel, and his girlfriend Ade gave me possibly the best present ever (mostly Ade). A NIKON F3!!!! And it WORKS! It was laying around her mother's basement and wasn't getting any use. I'm just thankful they thought of me. So amazing. I haven't felt like this in a long while. It was a very nice weekend.
