If whatever force guides this place can bring a dead man back to life, then the sight of a child is not so strange.
From what I understand, we were brought here to train the creatures who are now at our sides. These Pokemon are to be our partners in battle as we travel this new world.
[Raven pauses, closely regarding the screen. Being a mountain of sheer muscle and strength, he knew he could easily handle the journey. This young girl, however, may fall into trouble in the wild.]

[Raven doesn't need a "Little Sister" complex; like many very big, very strong people, Raven understands that small, cute, easily-squished individuals need to be protected.]
[He gets the feeling that telling the girl outright that she needs a guardian would have negative consequences, though. Her nonplussed reaction to his state of living hinted that she might be more capable of defending herself than she appears.]
Would you mind if Atka and I joined you and Teddiursa? I may be a slow companion, but I am a steady one.
