swallow me some moth balls

are stomach-moths just really uncomfortable butterflies?
in other news, i finally made my first Crowley purchases yesterday, Moochild and The Book of the Law. I'm not sure what I anticipate from either of these pieces and maybe, if nothing else, it's just a blind grope towards something to believe in. I do find Crowley's 'The Comment' after bookothelaw really funny though.

The study of this Book is forbidden. It is wise to destroy this copy after the first reading.
Whosoever disregards this does so at his own risk and peril. These are most dire.
Those who discuss the contents of this Book are to be shunned by all, as centres of pestilence.
All questions of the Law are to be decided only by appeal to my writings, each for himself.
There is no law beyond Do what thou wilt.
(with exception: see above)

I guess the guy took himself really seriously.

Last night I had to say goodbye to Eva. I gave her some cds of my music, pictures I took of a dragonfly mounting a poppy, a snow-covered boulder sleeping in rapids, and a snowy bush covered in the red glow of a flash-filter experiment, and a letter I'd written her. We hugged for probably a good almost 5 minutes straight which felt, in some ways, more like 5 seconds, and in others, more like 50 minutes. I think she knows she will be missed.
