(no subject)
I got back from WVU on Saturday at like 1AM saturday and so I slept in all day. It was soooo gorgeous as usual....my sister's dorm is HUGE and its perched right on a hill that overlooks the whole campus...she's sooo lucky. We also went to see some of the other areas of campus like the basketball stadium...it was sooo amazing and huge with circular seating. If WVU continues to grow I'm seriously going to consider going there for college.
I woke up with THE worst cold known to man...sneezing coughing runny stuffy itchy..you name it I had it. Then I took a babysitting job for monday and wednesday assuming that I would be better. It comes monday and I'm still sick but I couldn't cancel last minute so I went over and got to watch a 7 year old, 5 year old, and 4 year old who kicked screamed bit and wrestled eachother for 5 hours straight. THEN their mom asked me to stay later with this pleading tone so I had to say yes. Then she came home a half hour later severely underpaying me!!! On wednesday I convinced Carly to help me babysit....despite the low payment and the kids weren't too bad despite the fact that the mom left before giving the littlest his asthma medicine....forcing a mask that emits gas over a four year olds face is NOT FUN. Then their mom came home and I found out that the money from yesterday included a tip for staying late......yep you got it she payed me LESS then the day before. After babysitting me and carly hung out at my house for a bit and then stace took carly home and I got ready for soccer. The game was soooo fun!! I played forward for like the first time and I almost scored TWICE!! If anyone has any suggestions on how to get a babysitting raise without sounding rude please leave comments!!
