Room 320: After Classes

Mel came back to her room feeling pretty subdued.

What started off as a gathering kind of went the way of a horror film. Even though everyone seemed okay when it was all over, Mel couldn't shake the eerie feeling she had from the night before.

So she was kind of staring out the window doing the whole brooding thing.

Wyatt was heading to Chris's room on the third floor to talk to him about Phoebe. Ever so conveniently, he happened to pass by Mel's room and poked his head in. "Hey, Mel," he said.

Mel looked over at the door way and gave Wyatt a half-smile. "Hey yourself. How you holding up after the round trip visit to hell?"

"Nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there," Wyatt said with a grin. "How about you?"

"Surprisingly? Weird," Mel said shaking her head ruefully. "Had some wicked crazy dreams last night that I'm still trying to understand."

Katara saw 320's open door and after ascertaining it was not Zuko readily apparent, she tapped on the door frame. "Hi Mel."

"Hey Kat," Mel said waving her in. "How's my favorite Firelady doing?"

[southernbender]

Katara wrinkled her nose at her as she came in. "You're lucky there isn't any water around. I'd have to throw it at you."

"I'm sorry but for breaking my brain like that you deserve to be punished," Mel teased.

"Hey Tori," Mel said with a wave. "How you doing?"

"Weird. Which actually is pretty normal around here," Mel said with a sigh.
