Mel was tired and bored. She had just pulled two jobs in the last 24 hours as well as having to go on patrol and dust yet another nest of lurks that had set up shop.
Stretching a bit and groaning at the strain, Mel settled down with a few books from the Watcher's library just to see if she could find anything interesting.
Twenty minutes later she was giggling about something involving a hyena.
