[Said virtual Gespenst immediately both fires its Slash Rippers and rockets forward for a Jet Magnum the moment the mock battle begins.]

*Ray retaliates by shooting palm lasers at the Slash Rippers to knock them off course possibly out of the sky.*

*Goblin's right arm extends to try to wrap around the gespenst's left leg to slam it hard into the ground*

[The Rippers are destroyed, but Arado maneuvers the Gespenst as its leg is grabbed and slams the plasma stakes into Goblin's wrist.]

*The wrist crumples due to the plasma stakes, but the stump of the wrist moves not in a retreating manner but up. Goblin's now handless arm tries to wrap around the Gespenst's arm and crush it like a constrictor snake.*

[He just fires Split Missiles at Goblin's body now.]

*Goblin gets blasted with the missiles. Out of the smoke comes Goblin's other arm two wrap around the Gespenst's other arm to pull them both off. Goblin's upper torso has taken bad damage.*

I'm assuming it has something to do with what transpired during the previous mission.....

Yeah... I wasn't good enough to beat Seolla so we could rescue her. I'm not gonna fail again! No matter what!

[The simulators know Gespensts are made of mookonium alloy, and its arms come off in Goblin's. Firing more Split Missiles is basically all it can do to stay in the fight now, so Arado does that. Repeatedly.]

Since you asked so nicely....

*Goblin thrusts off the the left, causing the right shoulder to get hit with several missiles. Goblin's arm just falls off. Then, here comes the swing! Goblin uses the Gespenst's one arm as a baseball bat to hit the Gespenst in the side of the head.*

I have this pain in my chest, and it won't go away.... I too had to face someone I care about.... on the battlefield..... How do you plan to rescue?

[Arado's display goes black as his pretend Gespenst's head gets knocked off, so he does the wise, sportsmanly thing and CHARGES BLINDLY IN WHAT MIGHT BE GOBLIN'S DIRECTION]

If I can't talk some sense into her in battle, I'll shoot her down without hurting her! Nothing's gonna stop me from making her listen!
