Incidentally, when I ask you if you know your password, that is not secret code for "please tell me your password". Two minutes ago you couldn't answer "What's your address?" with any degree of coherency, but you can rattle off your password like lightning. When I say "Do you know your password?" just answer yes or no. Because if you don't know your password, I'm going to have to reset it, and to do that I need to validate the last four digits of your social security number, so let's get that over with if we need to.
