Anders always was the type to take his time waking up, so on any given day it'd take a bit for new information to process in the hour or so just after he opened his eyes. But when you rolled over onto your stomach and something there just didn't feel right, it sped up the processing . . . process just a bit.
And so, when it finally did set in --
"Dude!" Anders was an old-school Fandom alum. He'd long since gotten used to these things happening, even now that they weren't in Fandom any more. There was just one not-so-subtle difference. "This stuff never happens to me! Awesome!"
