Fandom and crazy people
I've been told before that I tend to get involved in stuff that has nothing to do with me. It's possibly true.
I don't know if it is because I have an overdeveloped avertion to unfairness or if I'm just nosy. Maybe a little bit of both.
Because of my previously mentioned failing, I sometime get involved in situations I really shouldn't. I once made a comment on an entry of one of my lj friends that ended in some people boicotting the BigBang fic I made art for because, well, I'm still not sure why.
Anyway, I really should know better.
A crazy person on twitter is tweeting to the FBI and demanding that Danneel Harris be arrested for "harrassing and stalking Jensen's real wife Stephanie Ware". http://twitter.com/#!/lilianvivis
As part of her campaign against Danneel, she refers to a number of online blogs/entries that alleges that Danneel was arrested in November last year for stalking Jensen. (I don't want to add all the links to the articles, but if you're curious, just google "Danneel Harris arrested" I found at least 9 of these "articles")
I'm reasonably sure that she is also in fact the author of those articles.
In some of those articles she alleges that Danneel is a transgender named William Daniel Graul and that Danneel has been arrested before for prostitution and stalking. She goes further to allege that it was Jensen that had her arrested, after he became fed up with her stalking him and his wife, Stephanie Ware..
In her tweets, she alleges that the twitter accounts of Jim Beaver, Misha Collings and Clif Costerman are in fact false accounts created by Danneel to continue "stalking" and "harrassing" Stephanie Ware. And that all the photo's of Danneel and Jensen are in fact photoshopped.
WTF?
Is this women just trying to get attention, or is she REALLY insane?
I would accept that she was just trying to get attention if she just stuck to tweeting, but tweeting to the FBI?! And writing numerous articles and then posting them on the web?
That can't be right. It scares the crap out of me that this women is so far sunk into her delusions that she's willing to involve law enforcement agencies. These are not the actions of a bored teenager, trying to stir stuff up. It's desperate and completely out there!!
I'm not up to date with fan gossip. I tend to stay away from gossip sites because I now try to not get involved in fanwank.
But people know about this, right? Please tell me that the people responsible for the actors' safety know about this crazy person and have either established that she's harmless, or are taking the appropriate precuations.
