I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COLLECTED ALL OF THE TIRED
Nodame Cantabile may be the most adorable television series I've ever seen and may turn into a go-to resource when I need to be made happy, because it really is.
i_paint_the_sky, you're a dear for making introductions :D TW warning, though, for the casual, if deliberately cartoonish (they drew a lot of the visual effects directly from the manga - you can really see the influence) violence frequently done against the female protagonist, Nodame. She's never actually hurt, but it could be upsetting all the same.

Saw the final Harry Potter movie yesterday. Last Remaining Roommate K and I went to see it with some friends, although we were the only ones awesome enough to wear costumes. (She was a Slytherin, I was a Ravenclaw. I HAVE NO HUFFLEPUFF COLOURED-TIES, OKAY? And I rebelled against the idea of Gryffindor red.)
I probably don't have a lot to say about it that hasn't already been said: overall excellent, bit of a bummer about the "That's my daughter", I cried my face off throughout (I as I do), and didn't really think that the 19 years later make-up worked, even if Ron's paunch was perfect. Also, NEVILLE. HELL YES. And whaaaaat? Movieverse ships Neville/Luna, that is adorable! The government stole my toad, okay?
