I'M REALLY MAD AT TVD
Spoilers for "The Sun Also Rises"
The drama at the quarry was solid and I will never, EVER get tired of BAMF Bonnie. That was a beautiful thing to behold and I hope that someone makes animated GIFs out of it, YES.
I love that Klaus has back-ups upon back-ups and contingency plans for everything. Someone so experienced, smart enough to survive for milenia? FUCKING YES. Of course he's got insurance even against his brother. Especially against his brother.
Liked John's sacrifice too. It's fitting and I'm glad in some ways that we're done with him. They were running out of ways for him to fit into the show. (Love love love that the ring is for Elena's child. I'll bet that she gives it back to Alaric for now, but that bit of the letter was when I started bawling, right through to the end of the music.)
Jeremy and Elena, oh bbs. I wish we'd get more sibling screen time, because the way they care for each other is so lovely.
See? All of these lovely things happened. I find Damon's werewolf bite to be interesting. I've already kind of forgotten about Matt/Caroline/Tyler, but really, I felt that way watching the episode. But. Butbutbutbutbut.
Then they had TO GO AND KILL JENNA. I can't stand the way they've used this character and now how they've killed her off. SO MUCH WASTED POTENTIAL ALSIDNGAO;IDNGAIDF
I liked it, even if it wasn't their best, but that one thorn digs.
