Minor spoilers for "How Green This Land, How Blue This Sea", a
Newsflesh novella. (Only about half-way through myself, please
don't spoil me!)
I really enjoy how George looms, just a little, in Mahir's memory. On a
narrative level it's satisfying to see all the Mason tie-ins. On a
personal level, it rings exactly true to the place I've reached
regarding a close friend's relatively recent death.
More generally, I'm hella charmed by this Australia and by its denizens.
Long live Murderland and their rabbit fence.
