A Doctor Who fic rec. I wanted to podfic this sucker because it's one of my very, very favourites but the author has either changed names or left fandoms. Instead, you get a heartfelt, loving rec.
If you're unfamiliar with the small bit of context the story takes from Gallifrey audios, all you really need to know is that Romana is High Lord President and that Leela is her bodyguard.
