The story starts with a no-nonsense policy toward sexual harassment and assault and goes on to let Gretel be just as strong and fantastic as Hansel, even if she doesn't have to do everything herself. She and Hansel are so hurt, but so strong, and it's gorgeous (incidentally, this is going to be an incest fandom, folks, even if if this story isn't).
