It has recently come to my attention that there is a nice handful of reapers present here now--besides myself, of course. It would be most wonderful (and also beneficial!) for us all to meet face to face, don't you agree?

And how exactly are souls regulated where you come from? Does someone collect them? Do they find their way on their own? Are they judged?

Yes, they're judged. Usually they show up on their own. If they don't, or there's a problem in the Hall of Candles, then the Shokan Division is called in, to summon them.
