Who is she?

A witch by the name of Medusa.

She's the younger sister of a formidable spider witch I defeated hundreds of years ago, and can't be taken lightly~

Hum. The same as any witch, really, with the strange experiments and the black magic. The whole shebang~ It's her craftiness that's exceptional!

I mean, has she spent all these years perfecting her ability to plot, or something?

She's very manipulative; more so than many witches I've seen in recent years. I guess you could say it bothers me a little more that usual~
