I had my hair cut
After literally years of trying to grow my hair long(ish), I finally managed it this spring/summer! Yay, go me! Well, yay, go me until the radio active iodine kicked in and depleted my thyroid and it all started to fall out. Still, I know those who have had worse hair falling outs than I, mine is now very fine and very thin but it covers my head (ETA: if you don't look too closely).
Anyway! It's no longer long (long for me was when it was past my shoulders, but only just) it's shorter and sort of funky and choppy. It's also dark and not multi-coloured, so very different.
I shall need a new icon.
I think now I'm nearing two million and one it was right to have it shorter. Long hair ceases to suit most woman past 'a certain age'!!
