Day 117 - Adventure
The kids and I went down to my parents to pick up Uncle Bud, my mom and Allie. We were supposed to go to the Glass Museum but it turns out that all museums are closed on Tuesdays. We had no idea. So we just skipped the museum part and went right down to Gig Harbor to see my mom's friend Mary Jane.
Today was Mary Jane's birthday so she joined us for lunch and then we went to her house. Mary Jane has a couple of goats that the kids just loved. Up the street is her daughters house and she has chickens. So we got to feed and pet the goats and chickens - well, not really pet the chickens but they were fun.
I posted pictures on facebook. It was a pretty fun day and we totally lucked out on the weather. It was pouring whenever we were in the car but fine when we were outside. Bud and the kids bonded. They really like him.
Tomorrow we are going to the museum of flight and Ethan is coming with - yay!
