Day 73 - One room done...
Last night I had a horrible dream. It was so bad that is wriggled it’s way into all of my dreams all night long. It was pretty personal, so much so that I didn’t even want to tell Ethan about it. Let’s just say it was about my “first time,” which, even then, was not an enjoyable experience. So, I woke up tired and upset this morning. Ethan was nice enough to let me sleep in but I’ve felt yucky all day.
Today was a big unpacking day. I did do some homework but I also unpacked the kitchen. It is about 98% done. I just have to unpack my teas (I have a love of tea). And then tomorrow it’ll be the pantry and at least get started on the kids toys.
My hip was not too bad today. Actually fairing on the good side of things. It just feels loose and every once in a while, I’ll turn the wrong way and there is a sharp pain. I have to call physical therapy tomorrow, and the school district for Phoenix.
I did Scarlett’s make-up today, still in spirit from yesterday I suppose. It looked so pretty though I couldn’t get a picture. I did layers of purple and she loved it. She’s such a girl. Oh, and my mom got her these rad rhinestone light-up shoes that she just loves. They fit her but I’m not sure for how long. I don’t think her feet are big enough for sizes 6’s though.
My parents and their friend, Mickie, came and visited today to look at the house. They were pretty wowed but everything is still really messy with boxes so I’m sure they didn’t get the full effect.
This week is supposed to be spring break for me but I have 5 essays due on Sunday. I suppose I could have had them done by now but we were moving so I have to work on them over spring break, yay. I’m hoping to hear from SMWC this week also, and I’d like to get some writing done.
