Day 69 - The day after the move
Well, it didn’t get done. The guys were moving things until about 1:30a. Ethan was exhausted and so were the guys. I’m not quite sure what the plan is but I think they are coming back tomorrow. I’m pretty sure they bit off more than they could chew.
Today, Ethan is so tired he can’t function. So, I left him at home to sleep while I went out to lunch with the kids and took them to the toy store. The goal is to get them something that can keep them occupied while we are busy moving and unpacking. Phoenix got three lego sets. We were looking at getting one big one instead but he decided on the three smaller ones. There was a seven-year-old kid with his mom there looking at the lego sets also. He was looking at getting the same big one as us and his mom said no because it was for 9-12 year olds. I had to smile because Phoenix would have been able to do it just fine. Here I am, looking at the same set for my four-year-old… hahaha Scarlett get the same amount of money for My Little Pony’s - and they were on clearance so she got a ton of stuff!
I sort of threw out my back last night moving the bed. Ethan got so pissed because I’m not really supposed to be helping but it’s hard not to. It’s not that bad. I’m sure it’ll be better soon. But my hips and knees have been hurting so that sort of sucks.
So, Ethan’s caught up on sleep and I need to get caught up on homework - really bad. I need to do this one assignment tomorrow or else I’ll get a zero for the week.
