I want to answer both yes and no, because Makino loves Domyoji and I don't think anything could change that at this point. Sure they will bicker and fight and she will be incredibly pissed off at him a lot, but it's one of those "I don't always like him, but I love him" kind of things and really, they could be in the most beautiful, peaceful location and they would probably still find things to fight about. They are a dumb-tarded OTP, and as far as she's concerned everything is normal for them.
But! I think being in camp forces her to admit to herself just how much he means to her. Back home she wouldn't really have to worry about him because he's one of the strongest people she knows, physically! I mean, she took a bat to him once (long story) and he came out unharmed, and the general population in their world would mostly bow down to him and let him do or say whatever he wants. But in camp he is completely out of his league and even though she's loosened up about it, she still suffers from "als;dkfjalsg he's going to get himself killed" anxiety. It's making her a lot more protective of him than she would have been at home because the possibility of him dying or getting hurt is just DO NOT WANT, especially since he's not really acknowledging that could happen to him in true Domyoji-fashion, that idiot. So despite all the arguments and break-ups, she's doing her best to treasure him in her own way.
