You found that the only way you were able to communicate properly was through music. Instead of finding words that fit together, that string into one coherent sentence, you played notes on the piano, notes that slurred in one long motion, that danced in the air and tinkled beside your ears.
It made sense when you listened to music, everything made sense.
But it didn’t make sense when Jaejoong walked into your life, when the room dimmed and the only source of light was from him. It didn’t make sense how when he smiled, the world was spinning faster than usual and you had to catch your breath. The words he spoke were in code and you couldn’t decipher one word, too mesmerized by his beauty, by him.
When he took a seat beside you on the piano and placed a hand beside yours on the keyboard, something in the air sparked magic. He began to play a song- one that talked of love and promises, a melody that you wanted to listen to over and over again because you understood it, every sharp and flat. He was communicating, speaking your language, sending messages no longer encrypted in code.
It made sense after that, music and Jaejoong, words and Jaejoong…
Love and Jaejoong.
Everything made sense.
