lumber deal

That lumber deal that Harper made with the Americans looks worse all the time.  The U.S.  Court of International Trade confirmed that the U.S. had no right to be imposing duties and ignoring earlier NAFTA rulings.   Of course, no one but the U.S. lumber industry, the U.S. administration and Harper and his gang of suck-ups ever believed this in the first place.   Is it too late for Canada to get out of the recent agreement?
