So the election. This year the party you vote for gets $1.75/year of the term (4 years = $7) when you vote for them. So makes you kind of want to vote for someone.
Then there is strategic voting. Is the NDP close enough to bother voting for them? Kind of like the Bush vs. Kerry situation when you don't really want to vote for either. Plus I think that the Liberal owned media is scaring people into thinking that if they don't vote Liberal, Stephen Harper will take over. I think that will sway people to vote Liberal and they'll win it again.
Then there is the point that I don't agree with our voting system or much of the system in general, nor do I really agree with much of anything the parties do... they are always so wishy washy and decidedly lacking honesty. So that brings me to spoiling my vote in a very obviously deliberate fashion. I don't agree with not voting at all, but I do see the merits of a spoil.
I haven't decided... NDP or spoil?
Don't get angry with me here if you disagree with me, but I'd certainly like to hear what you all have to say... what are you planning on doing (those of you who don't have a party you totally agree with)?
