Sarah didn't travel to other worlds on a regular basis, but she wanted to get some nice flowers for her mom on Valentine's Day and generally off-world stuff wound up costing less. The advertizements seemes promising enough, and once she'd found the portal and gotten Tsuri to stay huddled in the hood of her jacket it was just a matter of finding

Saloma chuckled at that. "I see that Netto-kun wasn't the only one to go through that, though you seem to have taken it better than he implied he did."

Sarah giggles. "Well, he didn't get LOLed on purpose."

"Oh, you purposely got LOL'D into a cat, then?"

"Yeah. It was kind of a spur of the moment thing, since Netto had the ice cream that did it and my munI was exceptionally bored at the time."

"How adventurous of you! I don't know if I would have the guts to purposely LOL myself. I think I would be too afraid of something going wrong."

Sarah laughs sheepishly. "I've always been a bit of an oddball. ANd in that case I knew what the effects would be."

"Ah, I suppose it would be a little more reassuring if Netto-kun had tested it out before hand." The kettle was depleted at this point so Saloma took it and her own teacup and tucked it behind the counter on which the the register sat before returning.

Sarah takes another sip of her tea; she drinks kind of slow, so there's still a decent amount left. "This is very good, did you make it yourself?" A pause. "Er, the brew, not the batch." Ah heh.

"I only wish that I had; I'm not that talented. I order in a variety of teas to keep near the check-out counter in the shop. It seems to go over well with the customers since it's hard to keep them in stock."

"Ah, I see." Sarah smiles. "Still, they're very tasty."

[woodsy_woman]

Saloma returned the smile. "Thank you."

((And... after about a week of leaving this hanging that's about all I can think of. ^^;; Wrap point?))

Sarah glances at the clock and winces. "Ahhh, I've been here longer than I thought...I really need to get going." She stands and hands over the finished cup. "Thank you very much for your hospitality, Saloma."

"You're welcome. I hope our paths cross again in the Nexus." She accepts the cup and gives Sarah a little nod and a smile before the other girl starts heading for the door.
