Madam Rosmerta

I'm gathering Madam Rosmerta quotes/lines/info to be used as a guide for a new fic, but I'm having trouble locating everything. I think I've got all of PoA (chapter 10), but sifting through the rest of the books is making my eyes angry. Anyone have any chapter references for Madam Rosmerta, especially OotP or HBP? Page numbers would be great, but I can get that if I just know a general location.
