DC Comics question: the DMA

I know the Department on Metahuman Affairs is in DC, but have they ever said what building it was in? The Truman Building, the Pentagon, its own building?

Also, how good is its security? I need a very determined and skilled but non-powered character to break in there after hours and need to know what he'll be dealing with.
