This last Saturday reviresco and I risked being rained on and drove down to the San Diego Wild Animal Park. Fortune smiled on us and we didn't get rained on at all (though there was a bit of a chilly breeze blowing). The Crescent moon and star associated with Islam. My son likes to arrange his crusts when he gets done eating the rest of the pizza.

The crust was arranged to look like the crescent and star that symbolizes Islam, as shown here in Turkey's flag.

I did. It's kind of like watching Dumbo or Bambi-it made me want to cry my eye-zes out.

btw, thanks to you and nobrakes23 for the semi-tutorial on Islam. I felt pretty dumb not knowing that symbol, but I was distracted by yummyness of the pizza crust :/
