This is the final plot arc!

Raitou city is now in lock down no desu no. No one gets in, and no one gets out, although you’re welcome to get yourself shot trying! The bridge out of town just went boom, and any other exits are blocked by the JSDF under strict orders to prevent anyone leaving.

So how does this impact normal life? Good question. Raitou is a city of the future, so things didn’t immediately grind down to sitting in the heat and darkness, but it is a not completely self-sufficient. Characters should expect to be dealing with shortages of pretty much everything, especially the further this goes on. Rolling blackouts, water shortages, fuel outages, and other immediate setbacks should pose a problem. There are probably some generators in town, but they’ll be highly contested among the population. If you can stand huge crowds (what with most of you now wanted), larger public areas are now probably relief shelters.

Television’s been cut off aside from constant emergency broadcasts on local stations. The internet is probably restricted to official government access at the root, so unless you’ve got a genius hacker or manage to get your hands on some government computer, nothing’s going to work. Cellphones in the area are likely on similar lockdown. Digital radio bands, which includes most modern broadcasting towers (but not all of them!) are likely not working, but that does mean the radio waves are free to be pirated - but non-mobile pirate radio stations can be tracked. Information going in or out of the city is now at a premium, and coordination is going to be difficult. If the network isn’t hardwired or local, it likely isn’t working.

The Agents of Yatagarusu are now under strict orders: Apprehend all persona users. What with their turning crazy and going evil this/last month with rewriting reality and all the other drama they’ve caused in Raitou’s history, persona users are an unacceptable risk to the nation and the cause of this lock-down.

It ends when they’re captured. Whether this is straight up shooting them in the head or properly jailing them is up to your agents alignment.

They also have permission to recruit any unattached summoners to their faction, and Asura if they believe said Asura can be controlled, under any means they like. They have all the information that was given in that serious poll, as well as any knowledge they’ve learned since they were apped, to pinpoint who to kidnap.

Naturally, you should talk to the others before trying to shoot characters in the head/jailing them/recruiting them, but it’s no fun if you don’t enjoy yourselves!

Persona users at least some of you have to survive and remain uncaptured until July 1st if you want a hope of winning the battle royale for the reality changing machine. OOCly, it’s no fun if no fighting and no running happens! Please don’t ignore the plot, battle for your survival. If you do want to be captured, there will be a place for all the prisoners to hang out together-- And nothing says a good war movie like a dramatic break for freedom.

Canaan Persona Users all pharmaceutical companies have been shut down in the lock down. You’re going to have a real hard time getting those suppressants, and you might want to meet up and pool your resources. Or fight to the death.

Unaffiliated summoners you’re likely to get recruited by the Yatagarusu-- Forcefully or not. Remember, it’s up to you who you side with.

Asura, you’re currently neutral/your own faction. Where this leads you is up to you! You can band together, you can be recruited for either side, you can just eat everything that crosses your path.

We won’t be dictating character/faction actions! Everything that happens next is up to you and how you choose to respond to the plot developments.

We encourage rule of drama, rule of cool, dramatic breaks for freedom, awesome fights for capture, and basically everything you can think of that would be cool. This is an all out player versus player faction fight which will determine the course of the end game, and no character will be untouched for the next two weeks. Please play it up, play with it, and have fun with it! All factions/characters who make it to July will have a chance to fight for the reality-changing machine or otherwise stop the war.
