It's okay, and if you're ever not sure, keep urbandictionary.com on hand, it definently helps on LJ.

One True Pairing, basically your favorite character ship in a fandom. Hence the fact that jim/pam is the best het(erosexual) OTP ever.
Example: OMG, my Harry potter slash(gay!) OTP is Snape/Harry!
