[ The video feed clicks on unintentionally -- and the screen is nothing but black, but once the device is shifted slightly there is a figure that is decked in a noticeable robe of black and red. He doesn’t seem to notice the device and only mouths a few silent words to himself. Then, he takes in a sharp inhale and a low exhale before turning his attention to the communicator
His appearance is that of obvious apathy, and perhaps if one looks carefully, disapproval and disdain. The sleeve of his robe makes a rustling sound as he picked up the device, and he rolls his head -- he seems uninterested, and perhaps even dismissive. Still, his voice only seems uncaring but still slightly firm: ]
