Heartbroken
I found out late last night that Theatre Unbound's dear, sweet, Board Chair passed away from cancer May 18. Bonnie Borchardt. All of us are stunned and terribly sad. She was a phenominal lady, kind, sarcastic, funny and beautiful. We had been watching her battle her disease for over two years and learned that it had come back only a few months ago. She dropped out of the company last year due to her illness and we had heard nothing from her. We all missed her memorial service. I am crushed. She was only 59.
We have decided to dedicate our 10th anniversary season to her. She would be so proud.
