I think I'm going to have to come to terms with the fact that chocolate makes me feel sick if I eat more than a tablespoon or two of it at a time.
I've been eating chocolate a lot this past week, and I've also been feeling sick a lot for the few hours after each time. I lose my appetite, feel vaguely nauseated and get a mild headache.
This isn't new, I've long known it, but I've always been in denial. I even had a year where I couldn't even think of eating chocolate without feeling a bit queasy.
Why?? Chocolate is so good! And it's not like I eat a whole bar at once--at most, I usually eat a quarter or a third of a regular-sized dark chocolate bar.
Am I going to have to stop eating it? Or, have the discipline to only eat a tiny amount at once?
It's sad that one of my only vices in life is making me sick...
