chips-a-hoy
Hey, I just had this great idea for a business I could start!
It would be like a cafe or a soda joint or something, but instead it would specialize in Chips!
Potato chips, not french fries.
Maybe they would be made in the store or something. And there would be all kinds of flavours.. kind of like what Kettle chips try to do with "Death Valley Chipotle" "Spicy Thai" etc but with more variety, and the spicy ones would actually be very spicy. There would also be some that you could have with dips so it wouldn't be too "dry" of an experience.
I don't think tea or coffee would go well with chips, so maybe it would also serve homemade ginger or fruit drinks, as well as a range of alcoholic ones I guess. (Have to bow to the masses..)
I'm not sure what it would be called, a lot of the good names are already taken. But maybe something edgy like "Pirate Chip" ..heh
