finally?
Well... I told Emily that I would update when I got back from Norton, so here I am. Friday, cookie's parents took me and him up to Norton to visit with Nick Hastings and go to the 2 day "Open up and say Ska" concert. The first night of the concert, Nick got lost going to Cleveland, so we were an hour late. The second day, after the KBB's practice, we were going to Cleveland so they could play their show. The only person that knew how to get there was Nick, so he was in the lead, and there were 4 other cars behind him. About 20 minutes from Cleveland, we received a phone call from one of the band members saying the Eric (nick's friend) hydroplaned and wrecked his car about halfway between Norton and Cleveland. Soooo...we had to backtrack and get the band members and instruments that were in Eric's car and head back to Cleveland. When we finnaly got to Cleveland, they found out that they were playing second instead of first, and they also found out that their guitarist/vocalist was lost in the city of Cleveland. Sooooo.... when they finnaly got him to The Pit, they played their show. The show wasn't all that good, the levels were all crappy and noone really played that well...so I guess the KBB is no more. Besides us being in Cleveland, me, cookie, nick, wiggles, and eric played unreal tournament and C&C Generals all day.....welll.....there's my update....you'd better be happy there Emily....er else :) lol
