I just go to staples. Their not that cheap (around 80 cents for a letter sized coloured print on 100lb cardstock I think) but I'm too lazy to look for cheaper places that has decent quality.

Might as well just say Staples have no service. XD;; You submit files online and you just go pick the stuff up when it's done.

I'm not sure about that... Hmm. Usually, I'm rather satisfied with my stuff so I didn't have to ask for refunds...
