HAHAHA...today was fun
heh, today was great. in engineering drawing 7th hour, we played a happy birthday/april fool's day prank on Emilie today, it was sweet. i'm going to tell you all about it...
about 2 weeks ago, Emilie was absent because she had to go to u of m for campus day. scot and i were wondering what to get her for her birthday, and i asked Mr. smith what he thought we should get her. he said it would be funny if we failed her on a drawing, but her real grade would be a 100%...so we began planning what we would do. Mr. smith would purposely fail her on a drawing, taking points off for the stupidest reasons (such as lines being too thick or thin). brandon offered to bring pizza to suprize her with. so on monday, most of the people got their drawings back. Emilie, however, did not. when she asked about it, Mr. smith told her that he put it in the wrong folder and it still needed to be graded. so today, she got her drawing back only to find that she had a 28% on it. hahaha i will never forget the look on her face when she saw that drawing, she was sooo upset! she went right to Mr. smith and began asking a million questions about why she got such a bad grade. Mr. smith woudln't change his mind about anything, so a very very upset and confused Emilie went back to working on the current drawing. about 10 minutes later, brandon and i leave to get the pizza, and when we come back, brandon, scot and i sang her happy birthday. she had the most confused look on her face, and then scot told her hat it was all a joke. she really got a 100% on that drawing. she laughed and said that she couldn't believe we went to all this trouble for her. (it was no trouble at all Emilie, it was fun plotting against you...lol) so we had a little party and ate pizza and all was well once again. to quote her it was "horrible and awesome"
finnaly Emilie started to piece things together, like why scot and i kept talking to eachother and we wouldn't tell her what we were talking about, and why she got her drawing back a day later than everyone else. lol, i love you Emilie, happy early 18th birthday!!!
