today I woke up, got workout clothes on and ran the advanced stairs workout that the frisbee team does. by myself, of course, not with the team. it consists of running 3 laps around the greek bowl and then sprinting up every single set of amphitheatre stairs. and in the middle stopping and doing 10 sets of 10 crunches. basically i did it to prove to myself that i could. but after I did i barely made it back to the dorm lol. i almost collapsed about 10 times while trying to take a shower after. then andrew came and said he was impressed but chastized be for starting with such an advanced workout. i dont think that i can walk down to the market place without my calves giving out but am starving. so far i have eaten about a pound of cheezits, an orange, and i think i might break out the peanut butter.
so far though, i think its been a good day.
sometimes you need to do certain things to prove to yourself that you can do them, even if the process just about kills you, you know?
also. i got a new phone. its pretty saweet.
