Welp my 5 year old tablet has just about kicked the bucket. I'm thinking about going halfsies with my family so I can order a Cintiq 12WX http://www.wacom.com/cintiq/cintiq-12wx.php in September for my birthday. Does anyone own one? Is it really worth the money? I've always had alot of trouble looking at a screen and directing my hand movements without looking; so I mainly just used my old tablet to color. I think a screen based tablet might solve this problem for me and I could finally produce digital art. Any negative or positive feedback is welcomed.
