Indirectly that_oneill_guy's fault

Sat down in front of a piano for the first time in years yesterday. Mostly inspired by the below. Practiced for about an hour. If I took up drawing again I could recover the full bourgeoise Victorian accomplished young lady skill set ( Read more... )

...*downloads all the sheet music*

And I commented before I'd even gotten to the last link! (Which is the one that has no sheet music of course, man, why must I be so terrible at playing by ear. *g* For that reason, what I have always really wanted is sheet music to a piano version of Kaede, with the intro intact and everything. *_*)

Yeah, "Kaede" is the one that really wants to be a piano ballad. No sheets here either, sadly. I did a cursory search with no luck--it turned up 3 books of Spitz arranged for piano on amazon.co.jp. -_- Come on, Japan, where are all the free fan-arranged versions on the internets?

Ooh, I like this one, too. *_*

To date I have found exactly one Japanese sheet music website (not that I've looked extensively, though), which is v. extensive and quite nice but their Spitz was limited to, like, Masayume and Robinson. (Always Robinson!)

Aaaaah b-but the site you linked also has "Mahou no Kotoba" and "Nagisa" and a version of "Sora mo Toberu Hazu"! As well as many other intriguing things! But I cannot view any of the scores, I do not have these applications sobsob.

(I know right, what is it with "Robinson"? With Chara it's always that damn "Swallowtail Butterfly" which, just, I am so over that song.)

Okay I do remember Mahou no Kotoba now that you mention it but not Nagisa. How could I have missed that I love Nagisa. *_* And I see that the one Chara score they have is in fact Swallowtail Butterfly. Ahahahaha.

Do I recall correctly that you're a Mac user? skdja;sd Score Player FX is free to download, but it's only for Windows. And there's a plugin to view the scores in a browser but of course it only works with IE. I am not Mac-savvy enough to know if there's a usual workaround for these types of things. D: Um um in the meantime you might be interested in the piano version of Fugainaiya, in nice friendly PDF? (Scroll down a bit, the link is under the youtube embed of the same piece.)

I did a search for スピッツ and then a Find On Page to make sure I missed nothing! IIRC "Stargazer" came up, too?

Am indeed on a Mac at home but have access to PCs on campus, so will make another attempt there. More to the point PIANO BGM FUGAINAIYA (!!!!!!!!), THANK YOU THANK YOU aaaaaaaaaaah can't wait to learn it and burst into cathartic weeping while playing! My tears will water the keys! XD;

Good luck with the campus PCs! Download is here. :) If you get it to work, check out their arrangement of Juunigenmukyoku, too, I like that one a lot. *_*

And you are very welcome! <3
