just what the doctor ordered.
I've been saying for a while now that I need a vacation.
well I didn't mean taking 4 days off because both Aden and I are sick.
He had an eye infection (it was really disgusting) and is getting over bronchitis.
The day I took him to the doctor I felt ill as well, so I called off work and went the next day.
(Aden and I don't have health insurance so we go to The Eau Gallie Walk In Clinic. it's the
cheapest one around and the drs are really nice..the only issue is there is still about an hour to
three hour wait. waaay to long when you have a sick and over energetic toddler, hense why waited
to go the next day.)
Though all in all it was a nice time off of work. I enjoyed spending more time with Aden, as did he.
I'm ready to go back though, it's excuse to get out of the house and my source of income
(as if that isn't excuse enough to work!)
I really hope I get worked everyday for the remainder of the week to make up my miss shifts.
I could really use the cash.
I have things to pay for and things to save for.
I'm a week late on mine and James' car insurance, I couldn't pay it because Aden and I had
to see a doctor. and because I missed a few shifts last week, this weeks pay will only be $168
I believe? so I pay the car insurance, buy a package of diapers and a couple 2 quart bottles of juice,
pay the sitter and put the last few cents into gas money.
I hate having money so tight, but I prefer that over having Aden in the hospital.
so that's that.
THINGS I NEED TO SAVE FOR:
--A CAR ($3500)
--SCHOOL ($1500)
--A PLACE OF MY OWN ($1000)
--MY ANNIVERSARY ($300)
POST SCRIPT JOURNAL OF MINE:
James and are doing swimmingly. I just had an epiphany and everything came together..
I feel much more relaxed and excited than I have in a
really long time.
