I don't think I've experienced one of those curses or whatever, where everything goes and changes like that. It reminded me of some good things, but then it's gone so fast, and it's like it takes the significance of it away with it

[Sounds a little weak but more annoyed than anything else.]
Maa, maa, Sakamoto-dono should get used to those de gozaru. This unworthy one has been here for seven months and they has been through at least ten of them de gozaru. They seem to come every other week or so de gozaru.
Uh......does he look like a weirdo with bad hair, sun glasses, and a tacky coat? Also...carries a guitar-thing on his back and says un-smart things on the network about music and rhythm and totally reminds me of this other loser I know form back home?

This unworthy one has only officially spoken to him across the network once de gozaru. He has not met him in person de gozaru. Demo, he has plenty of reason to believe this man and his cohorts are threatening himself and his wife de gozaru yo. Although thankfully they seem to have lost interest after the recent "war" de gozaru.

Fear is not the word de gozaru. It is caution and strategy de gozaru. He has faced too many foes in his own world to charge blindly into a battle with someone from another world de gozaru yo.
And unless his information has failed him and he highly doubts that it has, this man is an accomplished hitokiri de gozaru. And while he doesn't fear for his own life or safety, they threatened his wife de gozaru yo.
[ooc; And... I really hope that that tidbit was actually described as such by Tatsuma or Gintoki, because that's where Kenshin got all his info on the Kiheitai) >_>]

And you would probably not believe that this unworthy one is the hitokiri Battousai either de gozaru...
Hai. This unworthy one is serious de gozaru. You cannot judge a book by its cover de gozaru yo. And he is obviously not going to get anymore useful information about them from you de gozaru... Maa maa...
[Audible wincing and shuffling of fabric is heard as he manages to lay back down before anyone catches him sitting up.]
Sumanu, this unworthy one hasn't introduced himself de gozaru. His name is Himura Kenshin de gozaru.

Kenshin is a seasoned pro at this sort of thing then, huh? Haha!
I think they're my least favorite kind. They go away like everything was just normal, even though they change just about everything. I don't like that much. Things that are like they never happened.

Sou de gozaru ne?
What this unworthy one doesn't like about them is how they alter the minds of some of the affected de gozaru. Thus far with these... "period" curses he has only been forced into odd clothing but not had his mind altered de gozaru yo.
[ooc; check out this little gem. His very first real curse <3 He got hit with the 80's and the 90's over the next two days, but the 70's was clearly the most embarrassing <3]

[Pauses to think because he still generally goes by eras vs. standardized years.]
Actually, this unworthy one is from the 19th century de gozaru.
